Green Oaks Kiddies Entertainment Limited, an Edutainment Organization for kids, located at Ajao Estate, Anthony, Lagos is seeking suitable candidates to fill in the following available post;

ACCOUNT/ ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Job Duties
Undertake all the Administrative functions for daily management of Office materials, projects, human development resources and personnel matters.
Preparation of accounting budgets; monthly, quarterly and annual for decision making process of the organization.
Must be able to effectively use Microsoft word, excel and other accounting software for postings and analysis of budgets.
The proper financial analysis must be prepared and well presented to the Board/ Managing Director
Proper handling of finance for office running must be maintained for accountability through book keeping
The person must be responsible for payment verification through books and cash reconciliation
Daily payment of cash and cheques must be maintained to the company’s bank accounts and receipts to be presented to the MD before filling.
Undertake all banks transactions that involve the company and follow up account opening for staff yet to open an account for salary payment.
The person must have good experience in handling taxes of FIRS, LIRS and other tax laws applicable to business operations in Lagos. Knowledge of tax audit management is an added advantage.
The person must act responsively to organization’s need, as well as that of staff needs, complaints and development for proper management.
The person must be a team player and have a highly sound emotional intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc in Economics or Accounting, with a minimum of 5 years working experience in an organized and reputable Organization. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.

OFFICE ASSISTANTS
The person must be able to stand in and assist in the running of official errands within and outside the office.
General office work where there is need for support, the person is liable to be deployed to the department.
Must be able to care for and tolerate children.
Good initiative skills, idea driven and high level of creativity.
Expressive medium of official language, which is English, must be fluent.
Good behavioral approach that fosters positive relationships with children.
Good writing and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt and carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATION
Minimum of 5 ‘O’ Level credits, especially in English and Mathematics, not more than one sitting

SECURITY GUARDS
Individuals must be expressive with good communication skills
Must possess good social and interactive skills
Must be at least 5metres tall and muscular
Must possess ability to relate freely and work under pressure
Must be familiar with paramilitary training

QUALIFICATION
Minimum of 5 ‘O’ Level credits, especially in English and Mathematics, not more than one sitting
National Diploma (OND) will be an added advantage
