Health is Wealth

There are 3 dimensions to every human being. Their spirit, soul and body.
The spirit communicates with God, The soul relates with man, and the body relates with the environment.

The health of our 3 dimensions determines our eternity with God, our value to society and our duration of stay in our environment.

In the Next 40 days we are embarking on a challenge that will restore our health and deeply transform our lives. It’s the 40 Day Word and Water Challenge. The Human body is made up of 60% water, the blood 80% water and the brain 75% water. God put water and herbs on the earth as mans cheapest form of medicine. Man also shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of God’s mouth.

In the Next 40 days, here is what we’ll be doing.

1. Study at least 2 chapters of the Bible Daily. We have a reading plan that ensures the Essential Bible Story can be understood in 40 days. We must know God’s plan, and understand the constitution of the kingdom we belong to.

2. We are drinking at least 2 liters of water daily. The number of glass cups your body needs to solve over 17 potential challengs is your weight in kg divided by 8. Eg if you weigh 80kg, then you need 10 cups daily.

As we embark on this challenge, we’ll create time weekly to connect, offline and online in different groups and clusters to encourage ourselves, share our testimonies and share our learnings. We will learn deeply about ourselves and about God! It’s going to be 40 days of transformation.
