Hello punters,I came across this thread yesterday and i must commend you all for a great job so far.Please indulge me to bare my mind on an issue that has been eating me for sometime.I placed a bet on an accumulator consisting of five selections sometime last month(on SUREBET).The selections are as follows;
Babardos-Aruba (Barbardos @1.75
Saint lucia-Antigua and Barbuda (over 1.5 goals @1.25)
Guyana-Saint Vincent(Guyana double chance @1.25)
Belize-Dominica republic(Belize double chance @1.35)
Brazil-Peru(Brazil @1.40).(The bet was placed on the 14thof june).All the selections were green and my account was credited with #5167(my stake was #1000).
Intrigue,however, set in when i wanted to place a bet on the 29th june and i was told that i have insufficient credit in my account(I believed i had about #1250 in my account!).I quickly checked my balance and to my amazement i found that i had a deficit balance of #964!

I quickly checked my betting history and i saw,"Reversal of bet winning".I clicked on it and then discovered that the selection,"Barbados-Aruba" had been cancelled and instead of the #5167 that i believed i won,it has been reversed to #2953.I was surprised because i actually followed that game and barbados won 1-0.So,i wrote them to demand an explanation.But after some days without any reply,i googled and discovered that Aruba protested that Barbados fielded an ineligible player.The match was then awarded to Aruba.That was why my winning was reversed.
Has anybody ever experienced this before?Is it normal?I don't get it.

That's cheating. According to it's terms and conditions, Matches are supposed to be settled based on the final result at that time irrespective of what happens later on. Go check out their rules munch it and send it as a mail to them wen u see it.
