Soak dem in saline water for about 5minutes, den DRY-FRY it. Highly protenous... U can also feed ur catfish with it.

I gave my sons this "aku" to eat. They were weirded out. Yuck, Ewww, I want to puke, mummy is eating cockroach, na so they start. They told everyone in their school that their mum was eating cockroach and wanted them to eat. The teacher had to call me up to explain.
