My major concern is about the believe that you become a new born child before God the day you give your life to God. This is not true. The Scripture said about those that are in Christ Jesus "you have become new". It means who ever you are have become new creature as you are, not a baby.

The Only means we become Children of God is through Adoption. But this type of adoption is way different from the worlds process of adoption.

God could have adopted us from the womb but then we would have become angels/Messengers, but he chose to let us become men and women with ability to make our own decisions about being His Children before we can be adopted.

Are you a child of God? Then you must be matured enough to make some difficult decision to forgo the world and follow Christ. You are adopted as Men/Women and not as a baby.
