Most Mediatek devices have this feature.
Go to Settings->Storage
There should be an option there.
If you're not using an MTK device, tell me your specs: OEM(Phone brand) and Android Version.

Do you have a PC?
You'll need a PC for this.
If you do, download this software from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0MKgCbUM0itVVFWRC02Q0VBQnc/view?pli=1

Install it, and set it up. Select Y for everything. It shouldn't take more than 15 seconds.
You might need to reboot your PC.

Enable USB debugging in your phone.
Go to Settings->About Device. Tap Build Number 7 times. Then go back to settings->Developer Options->Enable USB debugging.

Connect your phone via USB to your PC.
Open a command prompt on your PC. (Hold the Windows Key and press R, then type cmd in the box) Or find it in the start menu.
In the command window, press "adb devices" Press Enter.
If your phone is connected properly you should see it there.
Then type: "adb shell pm set-install-location 2"
"adb shell pm get-install-location"

(Without the quotation marks and one after the other. Press Enter after each line.)

If you get the message "Adb is not a recognized command" then either the setup failed or you didn't install Adb systemwide. If so, go to My Computer, there should be an ADB folder. In the ADB folder, Hold Shift and Right-Click , then select Open command window here.

Good luck.
