1. Tame The Voices Inside Your Head

The difference between inner peace and inner torment is knowing how to deal with that inner negative self defeating voice and inner critic. We all have a inner voice that talks to us and guides us at times, but it is not meant to bully you, dominate you or be harsh to you or tell you what to do.

The first thing you have to realize that your inner voice is there to subtly guide you in a positive way. However this is not always the case and often the inner critic or the negative self and ego will butt in when it is not needed and make your life hell.

What you have to be aware of is, the inner critic is the voice of lies, and because it is always a lie that it presents to you then this means you should not or do not have to believe these constant lies or take any notice of them whatsoever.

The same applies to that self defeating negative voice, begin to replace those I can't do that with, yes I can do that and I will do it and do this on a regular basis to any negative self talk, challenge it and overpower it.

2. Become The Master Of Your Thoughts

Do not spend all your day worrying and obsessing about your negative thoughts because that is a waste of your energy, and do not try to control them either otherwise you will be sucked into an inner conflict of you mind and a battle with your feelings. When you think bad and fearful thoughts or you worry about hard times then bad feelings and bad times will be sure to follow.

People spend far to much time trying to deal with and stop their negative thoughts yet it is less troublesome and less tiresome to not be bothered about all your negative and anxious thoughts. Instead all you have to do is to simple take no notice of all those bad feeling thoughts and begin to think good and neutral feeling thoughts that offer no resistance each day.

Start to sew as many good thoughts as you can in each day and before long those good feeling thoughts will become your most dominant thought patterns. Because as you begin to think good thoughts you will attract more and more good thoughts, and eventually the good thoughts will replace out the negative thoughts altogether.

3. Be More Independent And Self Indulgement

Whether you are single or in a relationship from time to time it will not do you any harm to be more independent and self indulgent, do not feel embarrassed or ashamed to do things on your own.

We grow stronger from doing things, so step out of your comfort zone and find out more about yourself and what you want, buy a ticket and hop on the bus or train by yourself as travelling is one of the best ways to learn and experience life more.

You might feel a little apprehensive at first but feel the emotions and still do it. You can learn so much more about yourself by going out alone and it can give your confidence a boost, make an effort to speak to strangers, especially if they are alone.

Think about yourself more and put your needs first every now and again, if that means being a bit selfish then so be it, if you have a point to make then say it, you don't have to be argumentative or aggressive but you also don't always have to hold back either.

The key to happy life is all about taking chances and learning from your mistakes, sometimes to find the things that make you happy you have to go out an experience life, in time you will learn from your experiences what makes you feel good and what does not. Then only focus on the things you want.

4. Creative Problem Solving

Life is all about having an experience, nobody goes through life without facing challenges or having problems they need to overcome along the way. Why people struggle to deal with their problems is because they focus on the problem so much they remain in the energy of the problem when really you have to reach out for the solutions.

This involves stop obsessing about what is or what has or what might go wrong and then put your energy into finding a solution or the answer, if there is no solution forthcoming let it go and move on.

The things is you first need to do is to calm your mind and relax ur body so u can get out of d negative energy of ur body that is responsible for most of ur problems with things like meditation, then once ur minds clear, u can focus all ur energy into finding solutins to ur problems
