Is it an Android phone?
Try with a different SIm card, then if it doesn't work, a different network.
What Sim card are you using? |

Am using Android. I hv changed to different sims and different network but still d same. Am using Samsung phone. |

Change ur default messaging app to Google hangouts Lemme know ur result
