The smoke has not cleared from the explosive fallout of the queer marriage between the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, and erstwhile Super Eagles supremo Stephen Keshi but life has to go on.

The NFF has said it will replace the 58 year old with some quarters claiming that within the next few days a new face will be saddled with figuring out how to convince Mikel Obi to attempt a shot on target.

Perhaps a return to foreign hands might be in the offing this time around. Nobody is quite clear if the Eagles have been told to get used to Shaibu Amodu’s face either.

Over a 100 applications (according to the Glass House) have been received for the vacancy already. The NFF ought to be spoilt for choice but what are the serious options they can actually consider.

Let us take a look.

1. Jürgen Klopp
The high spirited technician famous for inspiring tons of players would bring the obviously lacking spirit to the Eagles side.
Can Amaju Pinnick actually lure the self professed fan of heavy metal away from his sabbatical for the Eagles job?

2. Guus Hiddink

Hiddink is highly respected, vast, experienced and known to be a great technical coach. His experience with national sides is well documented from coaching the Oranje of Holland to the South Koreans in 2002 and down under with Australia before settling with Russia eventually.
His exploits led to Russia’s best performance since the breakup of the Soviet Union; and leading he also led Chelsea to an FA Cup win against Everton in 2009.

3. Frank Rijkaard
Franklin Rijkaard will be a good pick for the NFF to prove to Nigerians that they are really ambitious and on the right path to raise the technical level of the Super Eagles.

The 53-year old manager is currently free and could be available for the NFF if they are looking for a brave option at the helm of the Supear Eagles.

4. Sunday Oliseh smiley grin
The “discipline campaign” of the NFF can probably get realistic if Sunday Oliseh takes charge of the Eagles. He is known as a no-nonsense and disciplined personality which meets up to the alleged discipline standard of the NFF.
Oliseh has held down a post as a member of the world’s Football governing body, FIFA, technical study group amongst other functions, no mean feat.

Oliseh, a former Super Eagles player will be a perfect fit to the job as he is not a novice to the NFF, the Super Eagles and the entire landscape of Nigerian football politics.

A relative unknown, Oliseh has completed his UEFA Professional, “A” and “B” coaching badges and is not a lightweight when it comes to qualifications.

Your views Guyzzzz...!!! cheesy wink

We no get money for foreign coach for now oooooo.......

If any foreign coach must come, it has to be a coach that will deliver and improve play not the likes of Vogts and Largerback. I didn't see any difference between them and our locals.
