Choose an option from these:

1. Place each file division in a folder and zip them one after the other, then send as separate emails. You could send two at a time.

2. Upload your 10MB file to a file-sharing site e.g., http://www.4shared.com, then instruct the recipient to download them from there.

Note however that uploading files to http://www.4shared.com requires registration, but its free of charge.
Also, note that your files will be downloadable by other people.
