A boy, with a very ‘massive-hand’ was found begging on the streets of Lagos. Reports indicates the young man is suffering from elephantiasis.

The disease is a condition in which a limb or other part of the body becomes grossly enlarged due to obstruction of the lymphatic vessels, typically by the nematode parasites which cause filariasis.
