Can any one help me with is my laptop. Just now i installed pc game (soccer) but when i want to play the game, it was dragging. what should i do. I have tried all the resolution settings, but it did not work

Scenario: if the game requires a minimum of 1GB memory of your c: drive and you have a c: drive of 1.5GB, this means you are using most of your system's resources when playing the game. You should have massive space on your C: drive when playing such applications for they tend to use the system's resources heavily. Make sure you have no other application running whilst playing the game because the graphics the game uses na BABA! Read the user instructions of your game. It'll surely tell you how best to enjoy your application on your system.

I have 160GB Hard disk, and 512RAM and processor speed 2GB. Piv. So is there any upgrade i should do?

1. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE. Click on the Processes Tab. Close all processes under your username EXCEPT FOR EXPLORER! Leave all the system processes to continue running. Close everything else. This should increase by far, the speed of your computer.

2. download Crap Cleaner from www.ccleaner.com, and run it on your pc, this should increase the speed more.

3. Finally Defragment Your hard drive, this will really get your pc moving.

4. Anytime you feel like selling your battery or laptop keyboard, Im available!   

512Ram - i did not know they still make those. . . most games of this present generation use 1 Gb and above RAM.
By the way, what soccer game are we talking about here? fifa '08, '09 , PES 6, PES 9 or football manager. . .?

1Gb Ram should do the trick. if you have the money, buy 2GB RAM.

@poster, give us feedback whether that solves your problem or not. . .i am playing "Pro Evolution Soccer 9.0 on my Dell Vostro 1000" with 2GB RAM, and it is manageable. . .when i had 1GB RAM, i could still play PES 6.0 comfortably too. . .and my processor speed is not as fast as yours. . .
