What To Eat During Pregnancy Are you pregnant or planning on it? Here are few important things you should eat during pregnancy. 1. Green vegetables: green vegetables are good sources of iron, vitamins, minerals and fibre. It’s a natural source of Folic Acid that helps the development of the baby’s brain in your womb. So go ahead and property wash your vegetables, cook them and eat. 2. Fresh fruits: fruits provides fibre that helps maintain regular bowel movement while you’re pregnant. Eggs: eggs are rich in Choline which helps in developing the memory and brain of the baby. However, you need to be very careful in picking your eggs.
