Eat as much as you want maybe even up to about 5 times in a day, but be mindful of the quantity and also the amount of calorie you consume.

Eat healthy, avoid eating late at night, and if you have to eat late then don’t overload yourself with food.

Get an exercise partner if necessary so you won’t get bored during workouts, don’t wait until you can get a fitness trainer.
