The hilarious photograph captures the moment six-month-old Milo wakes up from anaesthetic following an operation – only to discover he’s lost a couple of things in his sleep.

Milo was so puzzled by the loss of his bits that he then kept checking to see if they were coming back



Six-month-old pet cat woke to discover he had been neutered, he let out a huge screech that appeared to show his dissatisfaction. His Owners say he checked for the next hour after his discovery. Pets are neutered at an early age to prevent them having unwanted litters
