People stay healthy for long without falling ill, because of the way they manage their health. There are a few ways one can stay healthier for. Just as we mature and gradually grow old, we are associated we lot of health concern, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, mental issues and lots of other medical problems, which can all be averted if we use the right medical health techniques.healthy-thumb Japan has the highest number of old healthy people in the world, which is due to their rigorous healthful techniques, they regularly practice.

Japanese people pay more attention to hygiene in all aspects of their daily life, which can be attributed to their complex interaction with culture, education, climate, environment and the old Shinto tradition of purifying their body and mind before meeting others. They also have regular health checks. Check your blood pressure regularly. Some people don’t know they have high blood pressure until it’s too late, which can be caused by eating too much salt, not doing enough exercise, being overweight, stress, regular smoking, drinking too much alcohol and can also he hereditary, if it runs in the family. Eating vegetables can also help keep one healthy for long. Vegetables and seeds are high in minerals and vitamins, which are all important and beneficial for the body.
Drinking alcohol is not good, especially if it is too much, in fact, some people go up to the extent of drinking more than one crate of alcohol a day, which harm the body seriously. Alcohol can cause liver cirrhosis, fatty liver disease, liver cancer, mouth, throat and breast cancer, all leading to death. Alcohol should be avoided or if possible its regular consumption should be moderated. Regularly do exercise to stay healthier for longer.
