Does the School portal have a payroll?.. Yes the portal do have a simple but automated payroll system where any staff can decide to take a loan, if approved will be repaying back gradually, and the staff salaries are generated on a monthly basis and upon approval by the proprietor, the printout will be sent to designated banks for payment. With this we have eliminated the manual or excel computation of staff salaries..Note the proprietor does not have to be in the office or call any staff as all the approvals are done online etc...

What if a school runs both Creche, Primary, Secondary and all schools are in different locations. Do they need to have different portal for each of the schools..NO..The portal is structured in such a way to accommodate all schools as what we intend to achieve is ease of use so that the proprietor can from any where in the world at glance know what is happening in each of the schools.

Does the portal have pin generation for student login ?.. Yes..

Is The Portal User friendly.. YES...The software is user friendly with little or no instructions...The students can view their results online, check their performances online, check their school fees payment history, write exams online....and many more..
Does the portal cover daily school running cost(Expenses)... YES....What we have been able to achieve is easy of school adminstration as from any part of the world the proprietor can at a glance know students that have not paid fees for any of the terms, students with part payments, school income and expenditure....ETC...
