If you are looking forward to changing your phone any sooner then you've got to relax and read this post as we have assembled 4 great android smartphones that are causing waves in the market this July and hopely this should also run into August. What's more good news than the fact that these smartphones are also pocket friendly? Okay let's get the list please!

1. Motorola Moto E 2 (2015)

First-time smartphone buyers should really consider the Motorola Moto E 2 (2015). SIM-free, it costs only £109 (that should be around N24,000), which is astonishing considering it’s 4G-enabled.

The 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor running the show provides a performance level that’s unrivalled at this end of the market. You’ll be able to play high-end 3D games without any issues, and the 2,390mAh battery can last up to two days between charges.

Some key features of this phone includes:

4.5-inch, 960 x 540 IPS screen
Excellent performance
4G connectivity
Two-day battery life

2. Vodafone Smart Ultra 6

The Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 is on another scale. At £125 (that's around N28,000), it’s arguably the best-value large phone on the market. Clad in a metallic plastic shell, it’s no beauty, but the brains are most certainly there.

Some key features of this phone include:

5.5-inch, Full HD display
Slick performance
4G
MicroSD card slot

3. Microsoft Lumia 640

The Microsoft Lumia 640 is a great cheap smartphone that showcases the best of Microsoft’s productivity tools. It comes with a free one-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365 Personal worth £59.99 (THAT'S AROUND N14,000), and will receive the Windows 10 update when it arrives.
Clad in a glossy plastic case, it’s tough, well-made and instantly recognizable as a Lumia. It’s also equipped with a 5-inch, 1,280 x 720 IPS display that we’d be impressed with on a phone costing twice the price.

Some key features of this phone includes:

5-inch, 1,280 x 720 IPS display
Impressive 8-megapixel camera
Two-day battery life
4G

4. Huawei Ascend G7

The Huawei Ascend G7 is a rare beast – it’s a large phone that costs less than £200 (N44,000). Even more extraordinary is that we think the company could get away with selling it at twice the price.

It’s got a 5.5-inch, 1,280 x 720 display, which isn’t the most pixel-packed panel we’ve ever seen on a phone this large. However, it’s accurate and bright. For a cheap smartphone, it’s very well-designed and built partly from premium materials. Aluminium makes up the main bulk of the G7’s rear, and the 7.6mm thickness ensures it’s easy to hold, despite its size.

Some key features of this phone include:

5.5-inch, 1,280 x 720 screen
13-megapixel camera with HDR
Up to three-day battery life

CONCLUSION

Though the phones above are pocket friendly
