The Nairobi City Council is known to not give a hoot about anyone caught parking on the wrong spot. From ordinary wananchi vehicles to police vehicles to a city council van…all these have been spotted with the unmissable yellow clamp. It would appear that Obama’s Beast which has been causing a scene on Nairobi roads found itself on the wrong side of the City Council law.
