Hi

Is there anyone here who lives in Ilorin or who knows much about the place?
I will be going for the Post UME Test at University of Ilorin very soon, but I have no idea of the place, I don't know anyone there and I have never been there before, so how can I get to the university and where can I pass the night? How is the entire environment?

I will be very grateful if anyone enlightens me about this.

Thanks.

Wishin u what u wish yourself.

i schooled in ilorin so i know it a bit. depending on where u are coming from, find your way to post office. at post office, ask where you will get a cab to tanke. tanke is along university road. for a lodge, tell the cabbie that he should drop u at olanipekun chamber, that u r going to unique guest house (not a very nice place but will be okay for a nite or two). when u alight from the cab, ask around where unique guest house, it's about 3mins treak from the main road. u can lodge there. to go to unilorin from there, ask the room service. they will direct u to tipper garrage (nale of the central bus stop in tanke) where u will get a cab to unilorin. it's like ten minutes treak from the guest house.
hope this helps. all the best.
