WAEC is set to withheld the results Of candidates Of nineteen states in Nigeria over non payment of about N4 billion naira.This info was released by the head of national office,Mr Charles Eguridu,who said and I Quote:"These affected states should endeavour and try their best to offset the registration fees of their candidates as Soon as Possible,because one thing is certain,we can't guarantee that the results of May/June 2015 WASSCE will be released alongside other states who have paid us the registration fees......." He also said "we are cashed strapped as a result of the delay in offsetting the reg fees which the states owes the council ......"He also said they have written to all the affected states,and till date not a single one has given a positive response,which is threatening to the smooth running of the Council and will prompt them to withhold these affected states candidate Report if not paid before the next 2 weeks when they should be releasing the official results.The nineteen states is yet to be disclosed...
