I don't understand why this is on NL,Nigeria is such a cruel and barbaric place, it's obvious this guy is mentally ill probably due to the poverty stricken existencet that he has been condemned to , improve living standards for the masses and these incidents will be reduced . I myself saw something like this once a number of years ago. A man pulled down his trousers in front of a group of children and invited them to look at him. They started laughing loudly and pointing at his equipment. He pulled up his trousers and went away very ashamed.
