Guinness is currently downsizing i wonder where the new intake would be posted to.

Downsizing, very possibly cos when they called me recently they told me the RSM and WDM - Jos 2015 recruitment has been cancelled. But anyways here's my major concern:

So post medicals I’ve been waiting 11 months now to resume at Guinness for a managerial sales role. And Guinness recently be like: “bla bla bla, you’re a successful candidate but no vacancy at the moment, So you’ll remain in our pool and once an opening is available you’ll be contacted”. Personally I’ve now totally written off the job but someone just told me years back he waited over 12 months for Guinness. I know MTN like some other companies keep your aptitude test scores in their database for a year before discarding, so I’m assuming my assessment as successful is only valid for a year.

But just for the records I’m asking how long others here waited for Guinness for a call to resume after their medicals?
