I think your comments would help me. Although i know i'm drinking alot of water but the rate am urinating both in the morning and night is really disturbing me. Please your advice can help me. I can't really count how many times i have urinated today. |

Don't over drink the water. Too much of everything. .. .. .... .. ..... And get your blood glucose tested. |

I think it has a lot to do with sugar content in your body. I advice you eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and less carbohydrates. Sometimes it is a symptom of a greater problem like diabete. |

Diuretic items along with lots of water can increse urination also. Water by itself should increase unrination, but such foods as fresh carrots and other vegetables can have a diuretic effect which makes incresed urination. But dont ignore the other posts above that mention its possibly a symptom of other things such as high sugar and or diabetes. |

How old are you? If u are above 40 go and do a prostate test. |
