Dear all, Please can anyone tell me where the gear box oil compartment is located in land rover freelander 2003 model. I have visited many mechanic & alignment station non could tell me where it is located, urgent oh. |

Here you go.....there is no dipstick.... If you are checking the ATF level, start and warm up, pass selector through all ranges and return to P, remove the check plug (5mm allen) on the bottom. ATF should just dribble out of the hole. If not, you need to carefully fill until it starts coming out.
