The man was arressted 10 years ago for an identical attack and after three weeks after he was released , he jumped from the crowd at the annual Gay Pride march yesterday and started stabbing people. Yishai Shlissel spent 10 years in jail for a similar attack in 2005 when three marchers were wounded. He was released from prison just three weeks ago.
