Indian Hemps should be legalized. I am not sure we will have enough prisons to accommodate all the culprits if we intend to imprison every dealer and smoker of this natural hemp. Yes, its a contraband in d north for years now. In fact most of dis cheap drugs dat our youths now use for highing av bin abused and banned in d the north as early as in d 90's..
