A landlord demanded a woman have sex with him before he would allow her to rent out his flat.

The man, who has not been named, published an advert for his apartment in Malmo, Sweden, it was reported.

But when a 24-year-old woman replied, she was told the landlord expected to have sex with her if she were to have any chance of getting the flat.
