Opportunity for a REASONABLE and SECURED property investment 50 Acres and 100 Acres+ Land for SECURE Sponsorship for Excision This secure sponsorship is not the conventional land survey sponsorship you have heard about, this is a more secure one which the owner has progressed in advanced stages of the perfection of the Land title: EXCISION. This parcel of land situated in the environments of the Lekki Free Trade Zone has already passed Land Surveying stage, it has been approved for EXCISION from the Lands bureau, Alausa. The Property Owner welcomes an Investor to invest in the sponsorship for the payment of TITLE. At N350k/plot you are entitled to sponsor as many acres as you can acquire. This incentive is for various Investment companies, Real-estate firm and individuals looking to have their take on future prime real estate well TITLED Properties. Lekki free trade zone has the presence of high net individuals, multi-National companies, various Real estate infrastructures and individuals. Various individuals have been participating in survey Sponsorship and it is NOT SECURED but a gamble. In management and acquiring properties, your SECURITY is of paramount importance that's why TITLE Sponsorship is highly suggestive. As many as many Acres looking to Sponsor, it will be EXCISED. I.e, If you want to get 6plots(acre). It would be giving you 350k * 6plots= N2.1M for an acre of EXCISED land. Hence, sponsoring of 5acres(30 plots) of secured titled land for an investor is: N10.5m of a 5acres of EXCISED land. You can't get this price for an EXCISED LAND in the area for that amount. It is a winning situation for any investor because eventually you'd generate 200/300% ROI. Excised Land is going for N1.5m-N2m/Plot so an investor getting it at N350k/plot is a very good and commendable deal. when or if you'd be reselling, you would be selling it between 3-5times the actual purchase price. It is a secure sponsorship unlike its predecessor, i.e SURVEY Sponsorship in which an investor, Sponsors the SURVEYING of 100acres land for N7m-N10m to get a plot per acre. So if you are sponsoring 100acres on survey sponsorship, you'd get 100 plots but it isn't secure because government could still come grabbing it or you probably would loose a lot of plots on the long run from various inconsistencies accustomed with survey sponsorship. EXCISION sponsorship on the other hand is secure as earlier stated because the owner has already done the necessary work on it. Be involved in SECURED properties, whether you are buying or sponsoring to save you a lot of unforeseen stress and unnecessary, avoidable pain. One thing not been told about survey sponsorship is that it is a 50/50 deal, you could get lucky and you could be very very unlucky, even the lucky ones still end up been bitten by some loss of land. Some Surveyors would tell you: do SURVEY Sponsorship and start selling immediately, they make it seem like the buyers are waiting in-line for you to start selling your unsecured land because its cheap, you might end up worrying and stressing in time to come, running helter skelter for money to get approval for Excision/Gazette because you heard Gov took over some expanse close to yours, whereby giving rise to HBP and a lot of health and hypertensive issues, You don't want this for yourselves. The owner lost a lot of acreage over the years from SURVEY Sponsorship, some from government, land encroachment and various inconsistencies that are accustomed with survey sponsorship.
