I suspect that's all you are capable of, I just needed confirmation.

It's better you remain silent and let people doubt your sanity than to speak and remove all doubts.

@ Op. Ur story isnt entirely true.. i work with d ministry of physical Planning & urban developments (mpp&ud). And I cover banana island, v.I and ikoyi..
dere has bin a dispute over dat area( not situated in banana island precisely but off banana drive) similar to d issues banana island itself had right from d days of Adeleke . I visited d site last year in response to a petition written by one of d aggreived.. its a case of misinterpreted allocation by d federal government..
The area being in possession of d FG,allocated portions to some pple including d NA and off course the Onikoyis being the omoniles..

This mst clearly be a case of Omonile deal gone bad.
Its private property that has been paid for afterall.
All it takes is for the would-be victim to know someone in military uniform and the rest is history.
And if I may ask, why did you make it seem like there was a war going on
And you are there blaming the president over an inconsequential issue and even left Ambode over something that is happening in his own domain.

I have read a lot of the comments on my post and I worry about the psyche of some I am posting a copy of the court injunction published in the Guardian and Punch of Monday. Clearly these people involved have no respect for the rule of law.

In a democracy should the Military be more powerful than the Judiciary. These thugs in Uniform led by one General Muhammed also popularly referred to as 'Evil Spirit' is better off putting his bullying expertise at Sambisa forest. If anybody has time to visit this place - Onikoyi off Banana Island road you will see the officers there standing guard.

You said there was a court injunction, so why were there workers on the site?

Not supporting any side, but the story has some gaps. If there is a court injunction it means the land is in contention and as such no party is supposed to develop the land until the matter is resolved.

I think the "owners" of the land should seek legal redress and am sure they will get justice if they re in the right.

The matter is far from clear as to who is right or wrong based on the above story.
