I think it's very important for every business to own a website thereby creating an online presence for their business, we are in the computer age and getting your business online upgrades your business reputation, for example i feel more secure when i check my email and discover that the email that has been sent to me has a customized email address that carries the business name instead of the public email addresses from yahoo, gmail, outlook or every other public email services.
