EMPLOYMENT AT M&grin HOLDINGS LIMITED – ABUJA.

 ACCOUNTANT -
 Qualification: B.SC or HND accounting, professional qualifications (ICAN or ANAN) will be an added advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• To provide management and financial accounting services for the organization i.e. entry to general ledger and reviews of the profit and loss account.
• Setting up and sustenance of good and strong internal control system.
• Preparation and reconciliation of Profit and Loss account and Balance sheet reports sustenance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Setting up an effective budget planning.
• Managing relationship with external stakeholders, to ensuring that appropriate reports and documentations are submitted and updated with PENCOM, FIRS, and Corporate Affairs Commission amongst others.
• Managing the company’s financial affairs and general book keeping
• Daily monitoring and management of several company books and Auditing.
• Preparation and collection of annual tax for companies and all staff members.
• Preparation of yearly companies audited reports.
• Monitoring all payments, bank account balances and reconciliation.
• Determining viability and profitability of all projects.
• Valuation of stocks and routine auditing of project accounts, stocks, stores and all company account books.
• Auditing of all payment approvals and purchases.
• Verification of all financial claims.
• Participation in all preparation of contract bid documents.
• Any other assignment given by the CEO.


 SECRETARY
 Qualification: B Sc or HND with cognate working experience
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• To ensure the cleaners/office assistant do regular cleaning of the CEO’s office.
• To ensure proper control of visitors to the main office and to the CEO’s office.
• Provide secretarial services for safe keeping of all company’s documents and properties.
• Ensuring that all corresponding paperwork for meetings is completed prior to client meetings.
• Effective and Efficient management of all cabinets.
• Ensure that diaries and appointment books are always up to date and checked regularly.
• Preparing letters, documents, spread sheets and presentations.
• Maintaining diaries, setting up appointments and meetings as required, attending secretarial and other meetings as required.
• Receiving telephone calls to the office, dealing politely with callers, responding to enquiries as appropriate and taking accurate and complete messages.
• Dealing with the post, filing, photocopying, scanning, document collation and other general administrative duties.
• Ensuring departmental records are maintained and up to date and developing and maintaining filing systems, as well as data management.
• Provide support to executive management, other departments and staff as required.
• To ensure proper management of office equipment.
• To participate in contract bidding processes.
• Any other assignment given by the CEO.



 QUANTITY SURVEYOR
 Qualification: B Sc or HND in quantity surveyor. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
• Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance of project work/buildings.
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Advising on procurement strategy.
• Preparing and analyzing costing of tender’s documents.
• Providing advice on contractual claims.
• Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed project progress reports.
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments from clients.
• Collating data and preparing claims due on retention payments from clients (MDAs).
• Liaison with architect, project manager, accounts and other members of the project team to obtain information and keep interested parties informed.
• Any other assignment given by the CEO.

QUALIFICATION:
GRADUATES IN RELEVANT FIELD WITH COGNATE EXPERIENCE.
