I'm here to give you a very much educative insight
and overview you on all you need to know about
acne and then finally give you the numerous home
or natural remedies you will use and get rid of that
acne as fast as you never imagined.

So let me go into details... .

Acne according to Wiktionary is a skin condition
which is normally found in adolescents, commonly
identified by oily skin, blackheads, whiteheads,
reddish-pimples and it's caused by the
inflammation of the sebaceous glands through a
bacterial infection. Wikipedia also went further to
reveal that genetics is the main cause of acne in
about 80% of it's cases and cigarette smoking can
lead to the development and worsening of acne.

Causes of Acne

That acne that has been tormenting you can be
caused by either each of the following:

i) Inflammation Of The Sebaceous glands

According to Mayoclinic, the hair follicles are
conected to the sebaceous glands, these glands
releases an oily or greasy substance named sebum,
which is basically for the lubrication of the skin and
hair.

When the sebaceous glands secretes an
excess ammount of sebum, this sebum will mix
with the body's dead skin cells and congregate on
the hair follices. They form a sort of soft plug which
creates an environment where where bacteria can
enter and when the soft plug gets infected with
bacteria, the outcome is inflammation.

When inflammation takes place, blackheads, whiteheads, reddish-pimples etc will start appearing at the areas of this inflammation.

ii) Sugar And Milk Consumption

When there's excess of sugar and milk in the body,
the skin being one of the excretory organs will tend
to release some of them but because of it's natural
hardness to digest, they come out in the form of
blemishes, reddish-spots and other forms. When
acne appears on your skin, it can signify that the
sugar and milk in your system may be in excess.

iii) Hormonal Fluctuations

A lot of women experiences certain hormonal
fluctuations in the body when they are in the mid or
monthly cycles or maybe during ovulation and
these fluctuation brings about acne. This acne will
also disappear after this period because the
changes that occurs during this period is completely
normal.

iv) Changing Skin products

When you change your skin products from the
normal ones you were using to new ones can give
rise to acne simply because the the new skin
products you changed to might give your skin
more exfoliation than it usually gets. This unusual
exfoliation may be caused by the contents with
which the new product was made with or maybe
your skin isn't compatible with it.

v) Medications

There's no doubt that drugs can affect the body
system negatively especially when the medications
weren't taken properly. Some of these negative
effects can lead to over-secretion of certain
hormones which will go further to wear out some
connective tissues of the body resulting to many to
