1. How well does your site / blog appear on Opera mini (both full and stripped down mobile).
If a site loads well on Opera mini, then other advanced browsers would not have a problem.
2. How well does your plug-ins load.
3. How organised and rich is the site

Great tips. But in my point of view, website speed is also an important factor to watch. If the website is very slow to load, it’s washout. Makesure, that you don't mess your website pages with unneeded pictures, and hosting from well name servers.
