Well, I think having your own house will save your from some partial embarrassment. But always remember that a consistent and secured job can still fetch u several buildings. In conclusion: own a house and look for a job to compliment it so as to cater for your personal and family needs except you intend letting the house out which most likely might be an annual income. |
