Just curious.

People said Infinix Hot 2 on Android One dont support OTG only the XUI rom from Inifinix but i test up to fives apps yesterday and they gave me positive result saying Android One support OTG feature.

Has anyone tried it before.

it supports otg but it was disabled by Android one due to security reasons...if u want otg enabled you can flash custom rom to the hot2. ...but we pray dey enable it on Android 7.0 update

Try renaming it to ota, if it'll work. You may also consider doing a factory reset, or else, I cannot help you further from here.

Thanks, it has bn resolved, i wiped the cache partition,I cleared all cache of all applications and I freed some space on device....

Troubleshooting :
- Camera And Gallery
You need to use antoher Camera and Gallery apps such as Google Camera , Google Photos , etc .

- Flashlight
You need to edit ro.torch=0 in Build.prop .
Change 0 to 1 or 1 to 0.

Pls how do I update cos it says via WiFi and I on hotspot on another phone and connected to it but still it shows that. If I use normal mobile network it wunt go I wld jst keep clicking on retry download but if I connect to an hotspot it shows dat but still wunt download the only diff is that with normal mobile network it doesn't leave the retry download stage but with hotspot it wunt show retry download but wunt download even after I left it overnight. What do I do? And it ain't rooted

successfully flashed the XUI 1.N.3.1 for HOT 2
the magazine lock screen is active and the 3 finger screenshot too.
The only bug I've seen for now is the default camera and gallery apps freezing(sol install camera 360 or other gallery apps)

Factory reset not working, and phone can't boot into recovery mode.
How do I go about this problem please.

pause and play depends on the website not on browser. ...it's not allowed from most...I just deleted my pes 2016 iso on my Android it's v difficult to play without otg ...

UC Browser is by far the best for pause and resume downloads, however, as paulinoace0 said, it depends on the client hosting the file you're downloading, and yes, your network connection.

It's not the downloader or browser that caused it.
It is the download link/server where the file was uploaded.(mostly happens when downloading a file from datafilehost.com)

Keep trying, or update manually, or get a WiFi connection...those are the only way to get updated.
