Therre are many gay and lesbian blackmailers in Nigeria. This blackmail popularly called "Kito" is ignored by the Nigerian government and other security agencies, allowing this rogues to defraud citizens! Here are some tips to ensure you don't fall into their trap;

1) As much as you can try to meet mew people only through mutual friends.

2). Try to minimize sex related chats with new acquaintances to prevent it from being used against you if it turns out to be a kito situation.

3). Meet new acquaintances first in public places and not at their houses.

4). Always have a back up plan, for example if you are about to scammed, show no fear and scream if it's a place (e.g compound), with other residents. This will attract attention and can save you from being scammed if you can claim with evidence that the defrauder was trying to harm you, you might be saved. A friend if mine who was in such a situation recently in Ikorodu, screamed for help claiming he was deceived that the scammer wanted to offer him a job. He showed a CV which he carried in his bag and that saved him.

5). Try to new people first on your own grounds.

6). Even if sex is about to happen, ensure the guy is almost naked if not completely naked before you strip yourself.

7). Avoid people with fictitious stories and so many lies they confuse themselves.

cool. If you see strange faces in a house you are about to hookup, find a way to leave without much fuss.

9). Beware of anyone who is always SEX inclined, some of them are scammers.
10). Inform your close friends or family where you are headed to for security reasons.

11). Don't make sex a priority, make sure you trust your instincts... My dear you musn't sleep with everyone... Don't forget to always go with your condom sha, incase sex happens.
