The Management Of The Federal University Of Technology Owerri Has Launched The Established Institute Of Environmental Health And Justice In The Institution...
The Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. C. C. Asiabaka, who said the institute will address the gap in manpower development and tackle man-made environmental nuisances that pose threat to the people.
He also added that the institute will provide a broad-based research, professional training and competencies in Environmental Health and Justice that reflects the emphasis on national policies and needs.
The VC added that Professor A. N. Amadi has been appointed as the first director of the institute.
