Not surprised at all by the result.

Chelsea always find it hard when playing against teams that are fit and full of running because the Chelsea players are not fit, they're lazy but very technically gifted.

That being said, these few games of the new season and even stretching back to the tail end of last season have highlighted a few faults in this Chelsea team.

Hazard carried the team last season with some exceptional performances that put defences in disarray, combined with the understanding between Fabregas and Costa. This season however Hazard looks a shadow of himself and Costa is not thriving because he's not getting the kind of good service he was getting from Fabregas for much of last season.

Coupled with the fact that Matic is looking nowhere like the rock he was last season in front of the defence leading to the team conceding an average of 2 goals per game.

Something needs to give. Already Chelsea after just 4 games are 8 points behind Man City who don't look like ending their impeccable run anytime soon.

I don't think I'm being pessimistic when I say Chelsea aren't going to win any trophy this season.

I guess us Chelsea fans are set for some heartbreak this season.
