It is very frustrating to see all effort to burn down body fat produce little or no result. It is time to put certain areas of your life under microscope, together with maintaining a good healthy balanced diet and exercising at least 3-5 times a week.

Cardio strengthens the body and is also a great way to burn fat. Cardio burns lots of fat, but when the body adapts to the rate at which you practice your cardio exercise, it will steadily slide soon to become less effective, Which means the body is now adapted to your cardio rate of exercise. It is important to change your cardio rate of exercise, instead of relying on running, walking or jogging for a long period of time, you can turn to interval training by doing intense cardio, take a rest and continue again, which is the best way to stimulate fat loss.

Eating more fat and protein would help together to burn fat. Foods like chocolate or sugar should be put off because, it encourages fat gains. Lacks of protein in diet also encourage your body to cling onto fat instead of creating muscle. A Diet rich in protein helps maintain your muscle strength and shred out fat. Food rich in polyunsaturated fats, such as oily fish, nuts and avocados helps shred fat.

Eating unhealthy foods and carbs add more fat and weight to the body so avoid unhealthy food and carbs like bread, but instead eat stuff like bread and fresh fruits. Lastly, drink lots of water constantly, as you exercise regularly, if you feel dehydrated, drink a cup, take a rest before you continue your exercise.
