Body needs 6 hours of rest daily, prefarably at night, from 10:00pm prompt. If you are experiencing insomnia for too long, your mind is not at ease and nightmare becomes an issue. Your heart is at risk, and don't forget, your heart is the life keeping you alive.

If you care for your organ, take care of your organ and calm down. Change your lifestyle if needs be. At a point, a part of your hand facing upward direction regularly become partially deaden, then you are already having symptom of heart failure in time to come if you do nothing about it starting from today.

Dont wait till things get out of hand before you act wise from now on to combat the condition.

Mind what you eat and drink and how you eat or drink them.

Stop heavy late night meal as much as you can,

Excersice regularly, drink enough water between meals.

Eat less carbohydrates and more live food than cook food.

Cut down on your soda intake and move closer to God.

take your dinner before the hour of 8pm.
