I can only tell you than Asians especially Vietnamese are indeed, very racist. I wont advise an enemy to live there as a black man, if you are white, then it can be a paradise for you. Conversely, Vietnam is a poor country, migrating from Nigeria to Vietam for hustling is like moving from Nigeria to Ghana.

If you've only been communicating with her online be careful it's not a scam--lots of (West African) men playing the romance scam online in Cambodia, Vietnam, etc these days, unfortunately.
