Pls help i subscriped 1k to etisalat BIS last 9t & up till dis hour it has nt started working and d airtime is nt longer dia, wot should i do? |

cy22me: First you need to call their customer centre, and also mail them... So they could trace the cause, maybe you subscribed with a wrong phone.. Eg, using Q10 for 1k BIS... Its meant for lower, less consuming data phone. |

Yea, seems dat was wot i did, d mistake could be frm dia, its just dat i'm finding it difficult to reach d customer care directly.like after dailing 200, wot next wil follow so i can speak wit them? |

cy22me:Bold 5 is not OS10. It should work. Call their customer care. Dial 200 Press 1 for English Press 4 to lay a complaint then follow the voice prompt. |

cy22me: Is it a bold 5 9900 or 9930. If it's 9930, the BIS won't work as the phone is not supported. Hope your data services was switched off when you recharged your line? Still, you need to call 200 for more assistance. Your line could get refunded. |

If you're using either Sprint or Verison, just forget it as eisalat BIS isn't profiled to work on those brands. #FromXperience. |
