.Trim ends that are beginning to split using the search and destroy method.
.Avoid frequent flat ironing and blow drying.

Trichorrexhis nodosa-Hair strand appears to have holes in it.
Prevent this by:
Avoid
.Chemical hair processes
.Harsh brushing and combing
.Heated styling...


Trichoclasis-Hair strand appears to be cracked in half
To prevent this
Avoid harsh brushing and combing.
.Also avoid excessive heat and chemical hair strengtheners used on the hair.
