I have asthma too and used to control it with inhalers that prevent and ease the condition. As you say their are long term side effects. I was cured by some medicine sent from Nigeria, it was like tree bark that I had to soak and then drink the liquid, it had a warming effect, and as the weeks went by it really eased my condition to the point that I have given up the western drugs.
