I was able to use it once around UI. Since then, I haven't c it again

Its a big fat capital LIE. Everyone that cares to have witnessed that the thing takes no less than 3 hours to charge especially on its follow come 1A charger.

Scientifically, no 1A charger can charge a 4000mah battery in less than 3 hours. Its not possible.

Please guys, where can I get 3A charger for this device?

You are correct, it's a 1A charger. I think some folks have mistaken the 0.3A input written as the output. The output is written as 1000mA. Both phones come with similar chargers.
