For those of us that are not looking to settle in Ibadan, it is a very slim picking when i look into this forum. IBADAN IS GROSSLY UNDER-REPRESENTED! I will like to see a lot more postings (especially with pictures) Flats for rent, house for rent, house for sale etc. Not all of us are looking forward to staying in Lagos when we finally come home. Please stand up! All Ibadanites ! |

@Promise72, Do you know of any new Estate in Ibadan where one can buy cheap land? Since Oluyole estate and Bodija are getting too expensive . |

I wish i do myself. I live here in California and has been "out of the loop" for too long. Thats why it pains me to see very few (if any) of ibadan representation here. Still waiting for the realtors/Estate Agents in the house. |

Land is availale around Akobo area. very close to bashorun. Not too expensive. This is my plan too. to relocate to ibadan after some time. I am presently working in the Niger delta region. Though my eye is somewhere along Old ife road/new ife road. |
