There is no problem in making mistakes, at all. All of us make mistakes but the real problem is not learning from them. Matter of factly, all problems and mistakes are opportunities. We find balance by making mistakes; they give us experiences and the opportunities to improve our lives. They are parts of our growth and they teach us that next time we need to do things differently. Making mistakes doesn’t therefore make us useless, incapable or worthless. It actually makes us better than we were yesterday. Never therefore be afraid of making mistakes. In actual fact, you are allowed to make mistakes. When you have made a mistake, just get up better and keep going. What really affect our performances are our fears and doubts. We are all here to learn, nobody is perfect. Instead of focusing on the problems in the past, focus on the results you want. Be confident! Never ever hesitate. Mistakes are opportunities in disguise. They are a part of being human. Therefore go ahead, take chances, and make mistakes. Make all you can, make lots of it. Learn from them. It shows you are out there doing something and because that's where you will find your success - on the far side of unending efforts.

So what if it's a major career mistake?

You are in this field and you just know that it isn't where your strength lies. But then, you've been in it for quite some time, and you're even earning a decent pay.

But you just know that this was a mistake from the start. Where do you even get the courage to stop and start over?

The main point of writing this is to never allow your mistakes to hold you down. Never allow your mistakes to hinder you from getting to the top. Even if it is a career mistake, the fact that you have realized your mistake is a good thing. You now have to stand up and pursue what makes you happy. It is true that starting over again is always difficult but it is better to start over at pursuing what makes you happy than to continue in something that will always make you cry. The time is never late to start again. I wish you the best in your journey to success.
