There is this thief that usually comes to our neighborhood in Ikeja (Seriki Aro) to steal almost every night, and as God will have it, he was caught this morning and almost lynched and burnt before the Police came and took him away.

What he stole last night were 3 Laptops. While they were interrogating him, he said his name was Austin Obi. And asking who his people were and if he knows anybody around here, he started mentioning names of popular police men in Ikeja. And that was how Police quickly came and took him away. Meaning he might be working with the police men.


But he was just darn lucky today sha..''

Barbarians. Blood thirsty Nigerians. Same people who glorify corrupt government officials from their ethnic group are roasting a suspected thief.

Sometimes we blame people for meting out ‘jungle justice’ but I don’t really blame anyone but the thieves.


How will you open your eyes wide and steal another man’s sweat? What were you expecting to get in return, a pat on the back?

Someone just committed suicide over N25,000 bank debt, who knows if the items he purchased with the money were also stolen.

I also remember seeing on frontpage where a guy showed how his shop was burgled in Abuja with the thieves carting away millions of naira worth of laptops and accessories.
