Roles and Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be incharge of Maintaining and operating an open and secret registry

He or She will be incharge of Ensuring appropriate record keeping of the council, filling and documentation of all Agency mails and correspondences correctly.

He will be the one responsible for the management of all offices utility services

Incharge of maintaining office assets, including vehicles, plant office premises anf its environs etc.

In addition, he or she will be Supervising security staff of the SA;

others will include duty that maybe assigned to him by the manager Finance and Administration or the General Manager

Qualification and Experience

Must posses a minimum B.Sc or its equivalence in Social Sciences with five (5) relevant post- qualification experience in personnel and office management is necessary.

Must as a matter of fact posses the Knowledge of MS Computer packages is essential.

For those who have Experience in a donor-funded rural development project will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Confidential Secretary to the General Manager

Location: Plateau

Roles and Responsibilities

To Support the General Manager as a Confidential Secretary to him alone.

He will also be providing Secretarial assistance to the GM. The assistant includes, prepare all letters, memorandum and any requisite document
